To spend a pleasant moment between between friends, we propose a bare day all inclusive:

    - The meeting is given in front of the base. After a fast initiation you are ready to leave, paddles in hand for a day of adventure and discovery. 
    - Several possibilities are then offered for lunch: grills on the wood fire,  restaurant by the river
    - A rest in the shade of trees for some, bathing for the others, and the serenity for everybody, this is the agenda for the afternoon.

    - Do not imagine for all that Allier as a long and quiet river. According to the water level and the chosen course, the continuation could show itself more spicy. In the currents, you will have to show your capacities to communicate with your team members and to unite your strengths in a common purpose: stay on the boat! 

    - The arrival at about 5 pm announces a well deserved rest.
